The Primal Elements of Self-Care

I have a brief philosophy of the minimum required elements necessary for optimal health and wellbeing. This is what I call the Primal Elements of Self Care.

Hydration.


Movement.


Touch.


Breath.


Sleep.


Long ago, the five primal elements of self care were present in your self-care routine.


Then everything changed when life stresses and trauma got in the way of taking care of yourself.


Only massage therapy, key to all five elements, could stop it.


But when you needed it the most, you failed to rebook.


But I believe self care between massages can change your life.
